Welcome to the Irymple Residence - a remarkable renovation and extension of a classic 100 year old Californian bungalow that is transformed into a luxurious family home. This project beautifully blends the bungalow's timeless charm with modern sophistication, creating a spacious and elegant abode that perfectly suits the needs of a growing family.
The renovation preserved the bungalow's signature architectural details while introducing contemporary elements to the extension that elevates the living experience. Restoration of the existing façade to its original beauty, recycled pressed red bricks with raked walls and corbel detailing to the extension combined with Axon cladding and powder coated vertical blade window shrouds.
Kitchen & Pantry Features:
Stone Ambassador benchtops and splashbacks with 2Pac and timber grain joinery, Geostone polished concrete, Woodcut European Oak timbering flooring, Falcon, Asko and Liebherr appliances.
Entrance Features:
Velux skylights, Porta timber wall cladding with concealed secret doors, Manhattan Series glass double doors and Woodcut European Oak timber flooring.
Living & Dining Room Features:
Lopi gas fireplace, Geostone polished concrete floors with hydronic heating, Laminex timber grain joinery and Stone Ambassador benchtops.
